Creditable periods
In the statutory pension insurance scheme, time spent in education or training is sometimes taken into account when calculating your pension entitlement. However, the Architects’ Pension Fund (VwdA) is a completely different system. In the VwdA, pension entitlements are calculated solely on the basis of the payments made and time spent in education and training has no impact on your pension.
